Creative Repair Tech - Bathtub Refinishing Specialist. Mill Valley Move Collective

Surface Experts of San Francisco North is hiring a Technician to focus on our growing low‑impact bathtub and sink refinishing business, in addition to learning many of our spot repair techniques to support the broader business. We do NOT spray refinishing glaze; our roll‑on method minimizes the impact to the unit, resident and the technician.

• Cleaning and preparing tubs (cleaning, removing old caulking, sanding away old glaze, masking).
• Applying glaze and re‑caulking.
• Leaving the space better than we found it.
• Most tubs take between 2 and 3 hours to complete.

• Ability to work independently - driving to job locations, meeting with property maintenance teams, and performing work.
• Some experience in services/trades.
• Strong English language speaker.
• Comfortable wearing a face respirator for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and service minded.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel.

• Experience with tub reglazing or installation.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
