Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser. Join our team and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Monitor that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Must also move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Montgomery, AL (secondary locations: Prattville, AL; Millbrook, AL; Wetumpka, AL).
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday.

Work hours are part of the Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday schedule blocks, suitable for 40‑hour work weeks with flexible assignment across the day.

Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience.
