Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for site master data processes to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of master data in the ERP system, in accordance with local and global requirements.
- The material planner drives the tactical purchasing process for all materials to ensure availability and feasibility of the execution plan in accordance with site inventory policy.
- Set up and perform complex local and global master data configuration, and establish process, guidelines, business matrix, and SLA timelines in a GxP environment in adherence to compliance.
- Become a subject matter expert in the assigned area of work, support data collection and reporting of KPIs, logistics, and WAndD; ensure all logistic processes proceed in a timely, high-quality, efficient, and effective manner in full compliance with all laws and supply‑chain management policies and procedures.
- Identify and drive continuous‑improvement projects.
- Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan.
- Oversee daily MRP for all BOM materials, analyze requirements, and manage purchase orders.
- Own MRP‑relevant data and material technical specifications in the ERP system, ensuring no purchase orders are passed due to system errors.
- Manage purchased‑item complaints and returns to suppliers.
- Provide a load‑balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to the warehouse and quality department, ensuring alignment with production needs.
- Control and follow‑up on supplier service‑level indicators: quality OTIF and lead‑time violations.
- Lead action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and continuous improvement.
- Influence and connect relevant stakeholders to accelerate system issue resolution and manage daily MRP exception messages and follow‑up.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Inventory management, gap analysis, cost efficiency, and efficiency of supply processes, as well as standard master data KPIs (completeness, consistency, accuracy).
- On‑time, in‑full delivery of business basics (budgets, quality compliance, etc.) and customer service level (OTIF).
- 2‑3 years of experience.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365‑preferred).
- Customer relationship management.

- Shift and timing:
Wednesday to Saturday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
