Plumbing Service Technician – Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor.

We are looking for a Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team. Applicants must have an active Journeyman Plumbing License and live within 40 miles of Millbury, MA.

• Handle field tech support calls from your team.
• Train on best practices, troubleshooting, and installation guides.
• Provide 1‑to‑1 coaching and mentoring in the field.
• Run warranty calls.
• Provide operations support in plumbing installation and service departments.
• Assist managers with ride‑alongs for technical and customer service evaluation.
• Assist pre‑install inspector with converting a sold job to a booked installation.
• Assist in onboarding new service technicians.
• Maintain duties as a field technician when demand is high.

• Active Journeyman license or better.
• At least 5 years of verifiable field experience as a lead plumbing service technician.
• Understanding of local code and manufacturing instructions.
• Positive outlook and “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent multi‑tasking skills.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Docs, Service Titan, OnCall Air CRM).
• Strong code knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment checks.
