Job Description

We are seeking delivery drivers to staff our stores. The role requires a contactless, flexible schedule and offers the opportunity to advance from driver to management or franchise ownership.

• Operate all store equipment and maintain equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products and assemble pizza orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including take‑out and delivery requests.
• Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate assigned delivery area, read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings.
• Deliver pizzas, beverages, and promotional items by car to customers within a designated delivery zone.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Carry and transport product trays and ingredients during assembly, as well as deliver items during shift.
• Assist with standing, walking, climbing, and manual handling tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling trays on dollies.
• Follow safety protocols for exposure to temperature extremes, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts.
• Maintain communication with customers and coworkers via phone and in person.
• Operate pizza ovens, pizza peel, and rolling cutter with motor coordination and safety awareness.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Proficiency with telephone and written communication.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise tasks.
• Good physical stamina: standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, and pushing items.
• Capability to work under varied weather conditions and temperature ranges.
• Ability to handle hot and cold surfaces, navigate stairs up to five flights, and maneuver in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and safety.
• Basic computer and touchscreen operation skills.
