Customer Success Manager
Location: USA (Remote)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Role: Full-time
The RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about helping customers succeed.
You will own the entire customer journey from onboarding to adoption to long-term growth ensuring our customers get maximum value from Scrut.
You’ll work closely with customers, product, sales, and leadership, making this a highly visible role with real impact.
What You’ll Do- Own the Customer Journey:
Manage the full customer lifecycle from sales handover to long-term success. Ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption. Run MBRs and QBRs to drive engagement and value realization. - Drive Customer Outcomes:
Help customers strengthen their security posture using frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR. Drive product adoption and long-term account growth. - Be the Voice of the Customer:
Advocate for customer needs internally. Partner with product teams to shape the roadmap. - Proactively Manage Risk:
Use data and analytics to identify at-risk customers. Take proactive steps to improve retention and satisfaction. - Become a Product Expert:
Deeply understand Scrut’s platform and guide customers on best practices.
- 4-6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
- Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical audiences
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a high-growth startup environment
