Job Description /Preferred Qualifications

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners

* Develop short‑ and long‑term production plans to meet customer demand and business objective

* Standardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organization

* Support audits, executive reviews, and operational readiness initiative

* Oversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP)

* Analyze demand and supply signals to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities

* Review and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvement

* Support new product launches (NPL) and product ramps, ensuring supply readiness

* Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constrains

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

* 5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, or operations, with 8+ years in a leadership role

* Strong understanding of assembly/test operations

* Hands‑on experience with MRP, MPS, S&OP, and long lead‑time management

* Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills

* APICS certification is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

* 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or PHD without work experience; or equivalent experience
