Supply Chain Planner

CORSAIR, a global developer of high‑performance gaming, streaming, and PC gear, seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planner to support revenue generation and margin goals by proactively managing risk and aligning supply with demand.

• Plan, analyze and initiate activities (Purchase Requisition, transfer, rework) to align supply with sales orders and forecasts.
• Identify and conduct root‑cause analysis of stock outs, late and over‑stock situations, and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue.
• Act as main supplier or factory communication conduit for on‑order items and forecast demand.
• Review CTB for critical components with suppliers or raw materials needed for assembly and take appropriate action.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery performance and compliance.
• Engage cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing to prioritize/allocate incoming deliveries, reserve incoming supply and manage outgoing customer orders to ensure on‑time customer deliveries.
• Work closely with Demand Planning, Channel Marketing to understand the 52‑week forecast and manage supplier forecasts, end‑of‑life (EOL) and new‑product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the supply chain.
• Collaborate on sponsored projects and process improvements, including associated cost analysis.
• Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross‑functional groups and spearhead resolution actions.
• Attend NPI core‑team meetings to integrate NPI requirements and ensure successful new product launches.

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
• Experience using MRP, analytics and reporting tools such as Power
  
  BI.
• Experience collaborating and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders to align on action plans.
• Ability to analyze and manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools to distill and report product‑segment overviews, trends and summaries.
• Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

• High‑volume, high‑tech / consumer electronic experience.
• Oracle EBS/Cloud/SCM experience.
• APICS/ASCM or other supply‑chain accreditations.
