Here at GXO, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our River Island contract based in Milton Keynes
. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people processes, embedding a strong performance culture, and partnering closely with senior leadership to drive the organisational success.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, forward-thinking HR professional who can balance operational HR excellence with strategic influence.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

Whatyou’ll do on a typical day:
- Implement a People Plan that supports cultural change and long-term performance improvement
- Lead, motivate and develop the onsite HR team to achieve collective and individual objectives
- Establish and embed strong leadership capability at all levels through training, coaching, and succession planning
- Provide expert advice across all areas of employee relations including grievances, disciplinary, TUPE, redundancy, and complex casework
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across GXO to deliver consistent policies and people initiatives
- Play a proactive role in business and resource planning to ensure HR input at every state of operational change
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, with proven experience as a HR Manager, within a fast-past environment
- Solid understanding of HR policies, ER, change management and HR systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to influence at all levels
- Passionate about developing yourself and your team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capability
