Overview

Electrician – Inspection & Testing in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas for social housing projects. WPS is currently recruiting an experienced Electrician (Inspection & Testing) to work on social housing projects across the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician seeking stable, long-term work within the social housing sector.

The role involves carrying out electrical inspection, testing, remedial works and associated electrical duties within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and high safety standards.

• Electrical inspection and testing in social housing properties
• Completing EICRs and associated certification accurately
• Carrying out remedial works where required
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations and company procedures
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants

• C&G 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
• C&G 2391 – Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• 2–3 years' proven experience in inspection and testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards

• Gold Card (ECS) – highly advantageous

• Ongoing work within social housing
• Consistent projects in the Milton Keynes area
