Schneider Electric is seeking a  Strategic Accounts Lead  to shape and win Ontario’s most critical infrastructure and industrial projects. This is a high-impact role where you will influence multi-million-dollar opportunities early, often before projects are formally defined, by engaging directly with top EPC firms and consortium partners.

What You’ll Do

Lead Schneider Electric’s EPC engagement strategy across major Ontario projects

Build and manage relationships with senior EPC stakeholders, including executives, project directors, and engineering leaders

Engage early in project life cycles (concept, front-end engineering design, pre-tender) to influence specifications and solution design

Identify and prioritize opportunities across infrastructure, industrial, institutional, water, and mining sectors

Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and support conversion into orders

Partner with internal sales teams and business units to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions

Support complex bids, consortium opportunities, and commercial negotiations

What qualifications will make you successful

10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or major projects (EPC strongly preferred)

Deep understanding of EPC/EPCM models and project life cycles

Track record of influencing complex, high-value opportunities

Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills

Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Ability to travel up to 50% mainly regionally
