Become Schneider Electric's Strategic Accounts Lead, driving Ontario’s infrastructure and industrial projects. Influence early-stage opportunities with major EPC firms and consortium partners.
This role involves a blend of strategic sales and relationship management, focusing on engaging senior EPC stakeholders from the project's inception. You will identify and develop high-value opportunities across various sectors while ensuring that the solutions offered meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams will be essential to ensure successful bid support and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Schneider Electric's EPC engagement across Ontario
• Foster relationships with senior EPC stakeholders
• Influence project specifications during the early phases
• Identify key opportunities across infrastructure and other sectors
• Assist in complex bids and consortium negotiations
Requirements:
• 10+ years in sales or business development
• Comprehensive understanding of EPC/EPCM models
• Proven success in influencing complex opportunities
• Strong relational and executive presence
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%
