With rapid growth we have many opportunities to advance – from delivery driver to management, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate operations manager. Qualifications & Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Strong navigational skills – read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Basic math and the ability to make correct monetary change.
- Clear verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Good motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements.
- Typing proficiency to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product and operate all equipment.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Assist in training new staff and support general store operations.
- Execute other store duties as needed to maintain store efficiency.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Standing for most tasks; walking short distances for short durations.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (e.g., bulk product deliveries, cases of ingredients).
- Carrying small items (e.g., cans, pizza dough trays) and larger items (e.g., pizza sauce cases).
- Pushing or pulling trays on dollies; climbing stairs or ladders as required.
- Reaching, bending, and crouching throughout the day.
- Exposed to varying weather, temperature ranges from 36°F to above 90°F, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
- Operating in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
- Working under stress to meet strict quality control standards.
