You will provide maintenance and repair services on customer‑owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory to build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality work.

• Understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Connect with customers in a meaningful way; approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
• Step in to handle customer service issues.
• Develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.

• Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.
• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Service customer‑owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
