Job Overview
Position:
Advancement Operations Administrator. Responsible for supporting fundraising and donor relations at Curry College.
- Data Entry, Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update donor database, track gifts and pledges.
- Generate reports, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Assist forecasting and performance analysis.
- Research & Prospecting:
- Identify potential donors, foundations, corporate partners.
- Qualify leads, prepare donor profiles and prospect lists.
- Collaborate with Director of Advancement Operations.
- Donor Relations & Stewardship:
- Execute stewardship efforts with existing donors.
- Manage gift acknowledgment process.
- Track pledge status, endorsements, recognitions.
- Maintain endowed scholarship tracking.
- Administrative and Operations Support:
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, assist day‑day ops.
- Process invoices, support budget tracking.
- Support donor appeal, brochures, presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for fundraising events.
- Generate reports on office activities.
- Additional Functions:
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, etc.
- Assist grant pipeline management and proposal materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management.
- 1–3 years in nonprofit, public relations, sales, or related industry.
- Experience with donor relations, gift acknowledgment, and stewardship.
- Proven experience with CRM software or fundraising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–7 years of data management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- Project management experience.
- Budget and financial management experience.
- Data analysis and report building skills.
- Highly‑motivated self‑starter.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
$60,000 to $65,000 annually.
