Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Experience Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with vacation planning, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours and excursions.
  • Provide destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
  • Handle end-to-end coordination of bookings with travel partners.
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
Qualifications
  • Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
  • No prior travel industry experience required, training and certification provided.
