Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join a growing engineering and consulting team in the Milwaukee area. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of transportation, municipal, land development, utility, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with experienced engineers, surveyors, and project managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to gain exposure to all phases of project development, from planning and design through construction administration and client interaction.

• Prepare civil engineering designs, calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Assist with roadway, utility, drainage, site development, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Develop plans and specifications using Civil 3D and related design software.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Perform site visits and field investigations as needed.
• Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration activities.
• Review plans, specifications, and engineering documents for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred; PE license is a plus.
• Experience with municipal, transportation, utility, or land development projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
