Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a hands‑on Senior Financial Compliance Auditor with 5–8 years of experience to support SOX compliance, Oracle ERP controls, and financial audit execution to join their team. As a Senior Financial Compliance Auditor, you will be part of the compliance department supporting global process owners. This role is designed for an individual contributor who enjoys working directly in the details—testing controls, documenting processes, and using advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to support compliance activities which will align successfully in the organization.
This is not a management role.
Job Title: Senior Financial Compliance Auditor
Location: Remote - This individual will be working with global process owners, so some flexibility in schedule may be required.
Pay Range: Up to $47 per hour depending on experience (
no more than 5-8 years of Audit experience will be considered
)
- Assist with the implementation and execution of Oracle Compliance policies and procedures for business processes.
- Communicate policy and procedures to Global Process Owners and Country Finance teams.
- Monitor ongoing compliance of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Develop process owner and reviewer trainings to educate awareness of Oracle controls.
- Work with the Oracle Compliance Manager to develop formal policies and a risk‑based testing approach.
- 5–8 years of professional experience (management‑level candidates will not be considered)
- Internal or external financial audit experience required (Big 4 or large firm preferred)
- Financial audit experience preferred over IT audit
- Strong SOX and/or ERP compliance experience
- ADVANCED EXCEL skills REQUIRED, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Large ERP experience required;
Oracle highly desired but not required - Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
