The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking a Help Desk Consultant to provide first-line technical support for students, faculty, and staff. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and in-person at the Golda Meir Library while troubleshooting various technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a penchant for technology, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Prior customer service experience is preferred. A commitment of at least 15 hours per week is required.
