TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will resolve end-user issues using the Service Now ticketing system, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide on-site support 70% of the time.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in desktop support and Active Directory troubleshooting. A+ certification is preferred. Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
