Technical Specialist - Join Our Team

You're the kind of person who likes figuring things out. When a customer has a technical question, you don't just answer it-you get to the root of it and make sure they walk away with the right solution. If that sounds like you, this Technical Specialist role might be a great fit.

In this role, you'll be a key connection between our customers, design team, and production. You'll translate technical needs into real-world solutions, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • You'll develop accurate technical quotations for distributors, OEM customers, and end users.
  • You'll respond to customer questions and troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and confidence.
  • You'll act as a subject matter expert, guiding customers to the right product solutions.
  • You'll receive samples, take precise measurements using appropriate tools, and document your findings.
  • You'll enter orders and manage sample requests, including tracking and processing returns.
  • You'll collaborate closely with design and production teams to communicate customer needs and evaluate solution feasibility.
  • You'll work alongside Design and Application Engineering teams to ensure alignment and technical accuracy.
  • You'll maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
  • You'll write and send professional customer communications.
  • You'll follow and support ISO procedures.
  • You'll use Microsoft Office tools to stay organized and efficient in your work.
What You Bring
  • A 2-year Technical Associate degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical customer service or technical sales
  • Strong critical thinking skills-you're comfortable analyzing problems and finding practical solutions with existing and new parts.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
