Junior Application Developer, ERP Solutions; D365

We are seeking a skilled Mid‑Level D365 Finance & Operations Developer to join our team and support the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with the Technical Manager of D365 F&O to troubleshoot issues, design and implement solutions, and ensure high‑quality code delivery.

• Assist the Technical Manager in troubleshooting and debugging code within D365 F&O.
• Develop and maintain X++ code, extensions, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional team members and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Support data ETL, reporting, and integration activities using D365 tools and APIs.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, hotfixes, and new features in D365 F&O.
• Provide technical support for production issues and assist in root cause analysis.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands‑on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or AX.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in D365 F&O, especially within Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience leading operational process optimization across multi‑site environments (procure‑to‑pay, production planning, inventory control).

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and D365 development frameworks.
• Experience with extensions, customizations, and integrations (OData, REST, Data Management Framework).
• Knowledge of ERP architecture and integrations with WMS, MES, and third‑party logistics systems.
• Understanding of SQL Server, data entities, SSRS reporting, and lifecycle tools such as Azure Dev Ops and LCS.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and Azure services.
• Extensive knowledge of MRP, ATP, demand forecasting, and related supply‑chain planning concepts.

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions and drive improvements across core supply‑chain workflows.

The salary range: $87,000 - $120,000.
