Overnight Custodian, Woodlake Market

Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 9:00pm - 5:00am.

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
• Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.

The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
