Technical Lead EE (RF/MRI) – Minneapolis Med Tech – Permanent Opportunity Base + Bonus

I’m partnering with a well‑established global medical device OEM in the Minneapolis area on a confidential electrical engineering need centered around RF, EMC, and MRI compatibility for complex Class III products. The team designs and develops external systems and also owns MRI compatibility across the broader portfolio.

They’re open on level and focused on candidates with strong technical depth, experience working within a regulated quality management system, and the ability to lead work and mentor junior engineers. The role offers a competitive base salary plus bonus, and follows a mostly on‑site, team‑oriented work model. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
