Exciting Engineering Opportunity - Water Treatment
I am currently working with a rapidly growing player in the industrial water and wastewater space, and they are looking to add a hands‑on Senior Engineer.
The role focuses on:- Leading electrical/controls engineering team supporting wastewater/water treatment projects
- Overseeing high-capacity system design
- Driving technical direction across PLC programming (
Allen Bradley/Rockwell
) - Supporting system integration, project delivery, and troubleshooting
- Acting as a key bridge between engineering leadership and executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- 7-10 years work experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of managing and supervising personnel
The ideal candidate is based in the Illinois or Minnesota area but does offer flexibility for a hybrid schedule. The base salary is between ~$140,000–$180,000 plus bonus.
The company is looking to move quickly and get this person on board ASAP.
