The successful candidate will expand product understanding, lead product changes, and drive new product scale-up. A Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of engineering experience are required, with preference for pressure-sensitive adhesive experience. The role is on-site for four days a week, with up to 15% travel.
A comprehensive benefits package, along with a competitive salary between $145,676 and $178,049, is offered.
