Office Administrator Executive Assistant (Plymouth)

RE-Systems Group Americas, a high tech international construction product company that has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Office Administrator Executive Assistant in our Plymouth office.​ Our mission is to make the world a better place through innovative waterproofing technology. We specialize in green, sustainable construction products that are proven and effective.

RE-Systems Group Americas is rapidly growing and looking for dynamic, intelligent, and driven individuals to join our team. The company is looking for an experienced administrative professional to support executive management, operations, and the sales team.


Job Responsibilities:

-Assist/Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process

-Assist financials and cash flow

-Assist/Manage shipments and product inventory

-Manage vendors

-Assist/Manage HR Payroll

-Provide support to Executive Management

-Help to Coordinate meetings and events

-Provide support to sales and marketing activities

-Manage office general schedules, office supplies, and answer phones

-Track shipments and product

-Manage document filing system

-Assist President executing vision

-General receptionist duties

Requirements:

-General accounting knowledge

-A minimum of 2-5 years experience providing support in a small company office environment

-Strong ability to communicate

-General understanding of product distribution and or construction industry


-Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required; proficiency with MS Project strongly preferred but not required


-Exposure to company start-up processes strongly preferred

-Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and self-motivated

-Interest in and ability to learn about technical construction products

-Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

-Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

-Project management skills with the ability to meet multiple project deadlines with multiple dependencies

-College degree and or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
