Job Overview

Seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to work in the office. Responsible for timely and accurate entry of production records, working with cheese and whey shipments, and handling office tasks including invoicing, shipping, data entry, reports and presentations, as well as maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • High school diploma or educational equivalent (required).
Schedule & Pay
  • Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional weekend or holiday hours may be required.
  • Pay: $20.80 per hour.
