Location: West Duluth
Life House is seeking a full-time Sol House Case Manager to provide intensive supervision and support for youth at Sol House in West Duluth, Minnesota. The Case Manager will help residents achieve housing stability and personal goals while maintaining therapeutic relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to communication with professionals and a commitment to family reunification. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and 401K.
The salary range is hourly at $20.00-$22.00.
