Financial Analyst
Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 7+ years of related experience within data analysis, financial reporting, financial analysis, and/or forecasting experience required beyond degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ex. Actuarial, Claims Operations, etc.
- Experience leading budget cycles within a complex organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint experience
- Analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills required for this role
- Ability to present data in a consumable format
- Prior experience with new product development and or business development preferred
- M&A experience beneficial
- SaaS, Snowflake, or PowerBI
The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position’s scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
