Job Description - Advancement Student Worker
Qualifications
* Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to meet deadlines
* Must be able to work well as a team player and independently
* Must be effective in both written and verbal forms of communication
* Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel formats
Responsibilities
* Work with Director of Alumni Engagement to set-up, tear-down, work registration, and enter data from events
* Work with the Director of Foundation Operations to prepare and send out mailings
* Work with the Database Manager to ensure alumni records are current
* Work with the Office Manager to assist with other office duties as assigned
* Assist with marketing and promotions as needed
