Pay Info: This position may qualify for a sign on bonus of $2,500

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to residents during scheduled shifts in long‑term care. The role provides resident‑centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities include:

assisting with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility; recording vital signs and providing psychosocial support; supporting transfer and repositioning using correct techniques; assisting with meals and snacks; documenting resident interactions and care outcomes; communicating changes to the charge nurse; gathering non‑invasive specimens; maintaining housekeeping and laundry for residents; and encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs.

• High school graduate or GED, preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of hire (or enrollment in a CNA training program).
• Completion of yearly competency testing and maintenance of 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• Certifications and ratings for Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry, if applicable to the state.
• May be required to hold a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle report if duties include driving.
