Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient needs across physical and psychological dimensions
• Support patient, family involvement in care decisions

• Maintain accurate records of patient care
• Operate patient care equipment effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized practical nursing program
• Active registration with BCCNM as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Skilled in medication administration as per guidelines
• Physical capacity to perform nursing duties
