* Lead all R&D aspects and scope in one of our most strategic products.

** Important to know:
We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.**#### Requirements
* Significant experience managing +5 engineers while staying hands on, close to tech and coding.
* Deep expertise in
** Java**,
** React/Angular**, and large-scale, real-time systems.
* Proven track record of leading or working closely with
** Data
* * teams to move ML/DL models into production.
* Production-level experience with agentic coding tools, MCPs, AI adoption and governance processes.
* Lead the roadmap and deliver even with zero documentation, building your own vision on top of existing infrastructures.
* Work closely with operative stakeholders to align R&D with business needs.
* Proven track record of change management including AI initiatives, process building, and business to dev pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and passion to learn and share knowledge.
* Highly effective and delivery oriented, thrive in a high-paced and multi-changes environment.
** It can be a great plus if you have:
*** Experience in the online marketing / AdTech space
* Experience with auction base systems (e.g. Programmatic marketing, trading, Investment)#### Your Impact and Mission
