We want someone to play an integral role in our team by becoming our newest Bilingual Customer Service Representatives and Bilingual Health Service Case Managers. The  bilingual health service case manager roles involve interactions with patients, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians and other health care professionals (HCPs) to explore and obtain coverage for the prescribed medication as well as management of the patient cases.
The customer service roles are the first point of contact for our end-customers (wholesalers, pharmacists, physicians, clinics, etc.) and ensuring a positive experience with McKesson Specialized Distribution. In addition, responsibilities include assisting end-customers with their product orders, answering questions and providing prompt resolution to any potential concerns.
o Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably as a pharmacy technical assistant or in a call center environment
o Fully bilingual, French & English
o Experience in an Healthcare company is an asset
o College diploma or equivalent certification in a related field
o Strong communication skills, written and verbal
o Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
o Strong problem resolution and trouble-shooting skills
o Strong ability to influence
o Results oriented
o Strong computer and telecommunication skills including a very good knowledge of:  Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows, Power Point and Database Management
o Experience with monitoring call quality and analyzing call center metrics
o Flexibility in working rotational  or variety of  shifts (hours of operation are 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday)
