Position: NDT Engineering Specialist at Johnson Electric

In this role, you will develop and improve NDT systems crucial for quality assurance while collaborating in diverse manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NDT systems for manufacturing operations

• Troubleshoot and optimize current NDT systems with suppliers

• Reduce false rejects and increase system reliability

• Create and standardize documentation for NDT processes

• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in manufacturing, quality, or NDT-related roles

• Strong knowledge of NDT methods and inspection technologies

• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving

• Experience in troubleshooting inspection systems
