Role:  The role will be to oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the client department. This includes managing tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution. You will be required to provide leadership to technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and promptly resolving technical issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities   Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and analyses on all activities of the technical team.
Provide direction and lead the technical team on day-to-day activities, and to follow best practices and procedures consistently and accurately.
Ability to work in a high paced environment where there are multiple priorities to be managed.
Ensure that SLA requirements are being met and recognize the need to elevate to management for support when required.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain well organized.
Promptly address and resolve escalation tickets and customer requests.
Provide technical insights and conduct time-motion studies to support new project initiatives.
Coordinate meetings and facilitating client trainings as required.
Create SOPs and other documentation related to technical projects and activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Education   College or University education in Electronics or Computer Science
Having an IT/Electronics Certification is an asset.
Bilingual (French/English) a requirement
Qualifications   Five (5) years of related job experience
Three (3) years of experience as a Tech L1/L2
Manufacturer certifications would be a definite asset.

Experience with MS office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Schedule  Schedule will vary depending on Operations
7:00am - 3:30pm
2:30pm - 11:00pm
