Warehouse Associate

We are currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join us.

• Receive material from vendors and enter data into the computer.
• Count and record material to ensure accuracy.
• Pull or stock materials using a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system.
• Utilize a scale to weigh and/or hand count product as per warehouse/customer specifications.
• Utilize a label printer to prepare labels as required.
• Return remaining product to the proper location.

• Learn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of Incora warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Count, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Utilize carrier and third‑party shipping systems to ship product.
• Perform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support an accurate inventory management system.
• Compose paperwork and correspondence, analyze, troubleshoot, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Meet established standards for quality and productivity, including on‑time delivery and customer acceptance rates.
• Follow safety regulations, promoting a safe and hazard‑free work environment.
• Utilize pallet jacks and/or order pickers when trained and certified.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through professional daily interaction with internal and/or external customers.
• Ability to be alert and aware of warehouse safety issues and safeguards.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and independently as needed.
• Attention to detail and capacity to perform basic research when required.
• Ability to learn and gain knowledge of integrated database systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials as required.
• Employees must be able to prove compliance with ITAR requirements; where applicable they must meet FAR requirements for security clearance.
