Job Summary
Leonardo DRS is seeking multiple highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support to Senior Leadership. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work in person or on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring day‑to‑day operations. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key liaison, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and fostering positive relationships across the organization.
- Provide administrative support to management and/or department
- Heavy calendar management and meeting coordination/logistics
- Plan, coordinate and attend leadership meetings, off‑sites, team events and special events
- Arrange domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground transportation) in compliance with policy
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and on schedule; resolve issues and exceptions
- Support corporate card (P‑Card) processes as applicable, including documentation and reconciliation
- Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings (agendas, pre‑reads, action items, minutes as needed)
- Make any necessary room rental, reservation, or catering arrangements
- Draft, edit, and format professional communications, presentations, and reports
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Perform other duties as required
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office duties
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to make independent judgment
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Exercise sound judgment, and anticipate executive needs
- Team player, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, handles a high volume of work
- Willing and able to travel up to 10%
The salary range for this position is $49,624.00/year–$64,511.00/year for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Employees may be eligible for annual performance‑based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non‑exempt employees as applicable).
