Assistant Professor, Marketing

The Robert W. Plaster School of Business at Park University invites applicants for an Assistant Professor in Marketing. This tenure‑track position is located in Parkville, MO, with a preferred start date of August 2026 (or January 2027).

The Robert W. Plaster School of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and is part of a private, liberal arts university located in Parkville, MO.

• Deliver high‑quality face‑to‑face and online teaching.
• Engage in service and scholarship activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on program development, assessment, and service to the university and community.
• Provide student advising.
• Teach multiple marketing courses and serve as the program lead for the marketing undergraduate and graduate programs, including oversight of adjunct faculty.

• Ph.D. or D.B.A. with a Marketing emphasis, or an equivalent terminal degree from a regionally accredited university (ABD considered).
• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness.
• Demonstrated record of quality scholarly activity.
• Related industry or consulting experience.
• Program leadership experience preferred.
