Location: Netherlands

We are looking for a new commercially driven and collaborative Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team, with a focus on Exterior business opportunities in the Be Lux . You will be based at the Trespa headquarters in Weert, the Netherlands.

The role

As an Inside Sales Representative at Trespa, you will be a link between our customers, the BeLux field sales team, and internal departments. You will help shape a premium customer experience and drive success in exciting projects across the region supported.

  • Generate new opportunities by researching project databases, online sources, and market trends.
  • Analyze and qualify incoming leads and project information, and determine whether to engage yourself or assign the follow-up to a colleague in the field.
  • Proactively engage with current and potential customers by identifying and qualifying market opportunities to get Trespa materials specified.
  • Follow up projects through the full cycle, either independently or in close collaboration with field sales colleagues to ensure Trespa stays the chosen product through to the order stage.
  • Act as a central point of contact for customers, the BeLux sales team, and internal stakeholders regarding sales‑related matters.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and commercially aligned information, including pricing, product specifications, and technical support.
  • Manage documentation and sample requests while maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system.
  • Co‑organise and participate in factory tours, customer presentations, and trade exhibitions to represent Trespa.
  • Play an active role in continuously improving the customer journey by contributing ideas and solutions for a premium customer experience.
What do you bring
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Commercially and Technically oriented
  • Fluency in French and Dutch. Other languages are a plus
