Business Development Executive About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and outreach efforts for the Building Epic Brands program, designed for brandbuilders, including strategists, consultants, brand & marketing professionals, creative professionals and founders across industries. As part of the program team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing leads, establishing partnerships, and driving program enrollments.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a globally recognized brand development program.
- Identify and engage potential clients through a combination of phone calls, emails, and networking.
- Qualify leads and conduct consultative sales calls to assess program fit and needs.
- Guide prospects through the Building Epic Brands program, clearly explaining its benefits and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, increasing engagement with the Building Epic Brands program.
- Track and report progress, conversions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Participate in creating sales collateral and marketing materials to support outreach efforts.
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, follow up diligently, and convert prospects into clients.
- Comfortable in a consultative sales environment with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
- A passion for branding, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Available to work full-time from our Green Park office.
- 1-3 years hands-on experience in consultative sales and business development within the education or branding sector.
- Exposure to high-level decision-makers and professionals across industries.
