Real Trucking:
>$2500 Sign On Bonus
>2018- 2020 Freightliners - fully equipped - Fridge/ Inverters/APU
>Dry Van only

>40% Drop & Hook
>Direct Deposit EVERY FRIDAY

W2:
> $.60/mi (all miles paid empty & loaded)
   >Detention, Layover, Extra Stops Paid
>$275/day Flat Rate
   >$1380 minimum GUARANTEED

1099:
>$.65-$.70/mi (all miles paid empty & loaded)
>$325 Flat rate per day

Team Drivers:
>$.70/mi (min 5000-6000 miles)
>$2000 each flat rate

Owner Operators:
>80% from Gross
    OR
>88% from Gross - $540 in fees per week.
  >Cargo Ins, Trailer rental, Occupational Ins, Prepass, Logbook
>Recent $2.9 average per mile

Position Requirements

High School, 1 to 2 Years work experience

At least 23 years old
1+ year of OTR experience.
OTR experience must be within 6mo-1y
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
No accidents within 3 years
Clean MVR and PSP
No DUI or criminal record
