• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, vendor/customer follow‑up)
• Perform revenue reconciliations and support month‑end close activities
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping in Quick Books (coding transactions, journal entries, maintaining ledgers)
• Prepare and update Excel‑based reports and reconciliations
• Assist with documenting processes and improving accuracy/efficiency

• Proficiency in Quick Books (Online or Desktop)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
• Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or in progress)
• 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with revenue reconciliation and bank/credit card reconciliations
