Position Overview
Part‑time Teller in PNC's Retail Banking organization located in Mobile, AL. The role delivers a unique customer experience, supports daily teller operations, and promotes PNC products. This is an in‑office position with a collaborative culture.
Job Description- Deliver a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and create customer loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial options.
- Identify and refer banking opportunities during conversations with customers.
- Engage customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customers’ problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, making sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – prioritize customer needs and satisfaction, creating customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – assess and manage risks in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; university degree not required.
- No prior experience required, though knowledge of banking concepts is a plus.
