Excel Facility Services is looking for a reliable janitor that will be able to provide excellent cleaning service.

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, and executing the scope of work for all assigned locations and those assigned by management for coverage.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary
• Dust and clean cashier stalls and ceiling light fixtures
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building
• Maintain areas in an attractive and clean condition and notify supervisor of necessary repairs, facilities, or equipment
• Participate in workshops, training, and seminars to convey and/or gather information required to perform job functions
• Request janitorial supplies from the supervisor to ensure adequate quantities for daily use
• Ensure that doors are locked at night (if applicable, ask your manager)
• Use the Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes
• Complete IVR system if applicable or notify the manager ASAP if any issues; not completing IVR to report services can affect hours paid
• Always wear uniform and IDs while working
