• Practice safe work habits, observe all relevant OSHA regulations and ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
• Serve as a steward of the company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting needed maintenance and keeping your area clean and orderly.
• Assist the Team Leader and Area Coordinator in planning and organizing manufacturing activities by communicating anticipated material shortages, required tool maintenance and any quality or productivity issues.
• Meet all attendance requirements and be available to start shifts at the required time, following the division’s attendance rules and regulations.

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Ability to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs; other physical duties as required.
• Strong, clear communication with other team members.
• Desirable: ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
