Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed!

Join Dent Wizard, the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We provide paid training, transportation, lodging, and meals for July and August classes in St.Louis. No experience required.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lb.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Paid 8‑week on‑hand and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included. Phase three‑stage compensation: hourly rate during training, then a combination of hourly rate and uncapped commission as you build your customer base. Starting compensation is $21.00/hour. Long‑term earning potential: $60,000‑$150,000+.
