Overview

Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales – Immediate hire with paid training. This role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services within some of America’s largest retail stores.

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations.
• Use direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

• Average sales reps expected to earn $600–$1,000 weekly.
• Uncapped commission‑only structure with an advanced draw based on hours worked in‑store.

• 30–40 hours per week.
• Flexible availability preferred, with shifts likely Tuesday through Saturday.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
