• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participate in sales and marketing events, and make efforts to meet Membership goals
• Maintain the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management
• Fulfill member fax, pull and click‑n‑pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, and determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the member, identifying the member’s needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
